/01. IncentiveDirect launches Internal Sales Overview.

IncentiveDirect has launched a new feature for iD-points, called Internal Sales Overview.

Designed for third-party sales channel incentives, it allows dealer managers or internal sales team to see the balances and activities of End Users, such as when they last logged in.

Not only does it give the internal sales team a sense of what their dealers are up to, but it provides a great reason to make that call, presenting new sales opportunities. It can also function as a simple CRM system, tracking ongoing contact with the dealer network.

Welcome to a new client for iD-points: PHS Waterlogic.

Part of the PHS group, Waterlogic are using iD-points to reward their sales team across the UK. Waterlogic provide water dispenser and coolers, hot water boilers, drinking fountains and water hospitality.

Waterlogic are aiming to get everyone to drink more water, with it's health benefits, without the expense of bottled mineral water. With another summer heatwave on the way, they could be very busy.
