iD-points 2009

The new version of iD-points is ready to go. Launch date 1st October 2008.

We will be launching a brand new version of id-points.com on 01.10.08. Then, in the following week we'll be giving Supervisors access to a demo account so they can have a closer look, and begin migrating clients across the week after.

Info sheet: new features

To help prepare our clients for the launch of the new version of iD-points, we have created an info sheet about the main new features that the next release offers.

While there are many fundamental changes 'under the bonnet', we've focused on the ways that the new system can make it easier for Supervisors to run powerful, structured motivation and incentive campaigns.

Engineer performance.
"There's no point in measuring if you are not going to then promote and reward quantifiable improvements. We call this Performance Engineering."

The reward-redemption cycle.
"It's key to realise that the winning of the points is not in itself inspiring, nor is redeeming their points, to purchase something they want. Inspiration only occurs when a participant receives their product."
