/01. Lift off.
The new version of iD-points is finally ready.
The website for iD-points.com has been redesigned, and went live on 1st October. Now it's the turn of everything else to launch.
The End User experience includes new home pages, registration system and shop pages. While we have created a default look and feel for demo sites, the design templates are flexible and can be customised for each client. We have moved to a fixed page width which makes it easier to specify sizes if clients wish to provide their own elements.
The Supervisor system, which has had the biggest overhaul, includes a completely new user interface, for Supervisors to manage users, manage points, add content such as Knowledge Test and Feedback Surveys, and generate reports.
The Admin System, which lets IncentiveDirect operate the iD-points system, and manage clients, suppliers, invoicing, reporting and help queries, has also been totally rewritten.
We have created demo accounts for all clients, so they can discover the new system, before activating live accounts as clients are ready.

/03. Latest products in store
We continue to add great new products to the iD-points store.
Nikon D-90 Digital SLR
The latest digital SLR camera from Nikon is also the first D-SLR that can also shoot HD-quality movies. With a 12.3 megapixel sensor, and a huge 18-105mm lens, this is a serious piece of kit.
Christmas hampers
Christmas is coming, and with it comes hampers. We've added our Xmas 2008 range from Spicers of Hythe, such as the Christmas Festivities bundle, or the Empire selection. I'm licking my lips in anticipation of getting some samples to test, for quality purposes, you understand.
Remember, order early to avoid disappointment.
Jamie Oliver kitchenware
We've added the new range of Jamie Oliver kitchen accessories, including a salad making kit, an Italian cooking kit, and for serious chefs, a proper pestle and mortar, or crème brûlée kit.
If you've been inspired by the TV chef's attempts to get us all to eat better, why not get the gear to go with it?

/04. Last order dates for Christmas.
Okay, so it's still only October, but we've already had snow, and we're seeing the level of orders increase, which can mean only one thing. Christmas is on it's way.
As in previous years, our advice is to get your order in as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment. We've already been warned of shortages of Nintendo Wiis for the 3rd year running, so Supervisors please let your End Users know to get their orders in early.
While we make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, we would recommend submitting orders before 12th December to be confident of receiving them in time for Santa to leave them under the tree.
